Aloha everyone,

Post your questions!  Curious about the market in Oahu, or specific areas such as Ko Olina.  What about all the construction going on in Kapolei?

The Kapolei Project has a lot going on over the next several years.  Personally I'm waiting for the Target and Costco doors to open, I think that is what everyone in Kapolei is waiting for too.  Not only will this save us time in traveling to other areas just to get our bulk shopping done, but inevitably this will open up real estate opportunities in the long run. 

Remember, Kapolei was built to be the 2nd largest city next to Honolulu, the telecommunications hub to Asia.  I'd be keeping my eye on this part of the West side as it seems to be holding true to the idea of this city's growth!
