This artist's rendering shows what the proposed Disney
development at Ko Olina could look like when realized in 2011.

Creating job employment opportunities and certainly increasing the property values; Walt Disney Company announced they will build a resort hotel and Disney Vacation Club in the Ko Olina Resort, (located on the island of Oahu).

This will be the first stand-alone hotel by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts; the company has purchased 21 acres of oceanfront property in Ko Olina for this development.
